In 2004, after founding Enabling Strategies Inc. in Toronto, the vibrant cosmopolitan city of lights, we began developing and constructing retail stores across the Greater Toronto Area. These retail spaces brought a refined ambiance to modern urban life and delivered exceptional shopping experiences for both customers and retailers. Over the next 14 years, we successfully remodeled and sold more than 2,000,000 square feet of retail space and 50,000 square feet of distribution centers throughout Ontario, Canada.

In January 2018, we relocated our headquarters from Ontario, Canada, to California, United States, establishing Enabling Strategies Limited. During our initial years, we focused on completing several small residential projects, laying a strong foundation for our operations in Silicon Valley and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Through these early projects, we gained valuable insights into the local industry and built skilled, dedicated teams, a job well accomplished.
